DentaLog

The DentaLog user interface was designed as simple, modern and accessible at any moment, but also secure and based on current technologies.

Patient records

The patient records module allows you to add/change/erase patient information, including contact information, photo and quick access to the patient medical records and their appointments.

Patient medical records

The patient medical records represent the history of dental work that was done or is scheduled. The medical records can be exported in PDF format.

Patient payment records

The module allows you to control the cost of dental work done on every patient, including partial payments. The application automatically computes the remainder.

Billing/receipts

Automatic receipt generation for patient payments. The number format for the receipts can be configures and it increments automatically. The receipts can be printed from the application or saved as PDF files.

Picture storage

You can store an unlimited number of captioned pictures, X-rays for every patient.

PaTient appointments

The module manages patient appointments by cabinet/doctors. You can also add a new patient directly using the appointment module.

Data grid

Application data is managed by using a professional grid that offers quick access to change/delete functions and other actions. Data can be quickly filtered or sorted. Any grid settings can be saved at user account level or at cabinet level.

Export Excel

Data displayed in a grid at any point can be exported to Excel by a single click.

Communicating with patients by email or SMS

The module manages notification of appointments and tasks by email and SMS. The predefined email/SMS templates can be customized.

Managing doctors/assistant, cabinets, treatments

The module allows managing the personnel, the cabinets and the treatments. You can add an unlimited number of cabinets, treatments and personnel.

Restricted access to the application

Application access is allowed by using a correct email/password combination. This information is managed by the office administration account. Every user can be restricted to the needed set of functionalities.

Miscellaneous reports

You can customize and generate activity reports according to your filters (patient, medic, work performed, cost, payment remainders, payments, etc.)

Collaboration management

This module allows you to add partners, suppliers or external clients and give them restricted access to controlled sets of data in the application.
